Data-base driven customer profile analysis: Innovative marketing tool to reduce losses in targeted marketing.

Simulation programme SnowPlan: Computer programme that simulates the effects of climatic changes or technical parameters (snow making systems) on the snow situation and the economic figures of a skiing region.

Business segment analysis for Tourist Boards:  Tool to rationalise the discussion about the cost distribution when financing tasks in tourism, based on the analysis of the type of task and the consideration of the addressees of the services involved.

GIS based visitors forecast model: Based on the evaluation of the attractiveness of existing competitors this model enables to calculate the market potential and so provides a methodologically sound basis for the realization of visitors’ forecasts for leisure resorts.

Added value structural analysis of the accommodation sector: This tool shows the share of each accommodation segment in the gross premium income generated by the tourism industry of regions or towns.
